Near Maria Square, an alveolus placed in the interwar "block" that defines the line of the boulevard opens to the pedestrian area - Comun.
Between pharmacies, supermarkets, pastry shops, clothing stores, clinics, a cafe imposes a new energy and way of crossing the sidewalk.
The morphology of the bistro starts from an articulation through a central object that continues the same sinuous/sculpted language, a morphological homage to all the 'magnet' islands in the Spanish Mercatos. The rest of the functions are subordinated to this positioning: the kitchen directly connected and the bathroom connected on the opposite side.
Where coffee meets innovation. A sensorial espresso bar inside a technology store. Boiler and Vodafone start a unique partnership, merging two important romanian brands in a new concept for the hospitality and technology market.
Sitting at the base of the Cozla hill in Piatra Neamt, the top floor of a recently built apartment block traces the premises of a dwelling on an entire level.
A 230sqm usable space with orientation on all sides presents a single existing element: the concrete pillar and beam structure of the block, which also receives secondary metal beams in large openings.
Targu-Mures, the Palace of Culture ensemble. Ground floor of the former Mures Pensions House, Viennese secession-style architecture, a B class historic architectural monument. A facade divided into three vertical registers, preserves the old carpentry of the building and allows for a visible interior-exterior connection.
In a newly developed area of the Andrei Muresanu neighborhood in Cluj, the premise of a project to convert two residential units, located on the corner of the building, into a single apartment is being developed.
The main vision is zoning into night and day spaces, with the child's living space as far away from noise and activities as possible. Also, a balance between the resulting surfaces and the assigned functions plays an important role in shaping the final idea.
"I started to see colors" is an exhibition of naive art from Serbia and Romania. The 35 presented works compose a route between the dominant themes of naive art: work, nature, family, free time, religious holidays and traditions.
The exhibition is hosted in the Stefania Palace and the main intention of the project was to propose a succession of spaces of different sizes and intensities that lead you to a final "destination" - you start from home and end up in a "house".
With or without function, with or without poetry. An exploration of the balance, compromises and interplay of form and function. Viewers journey through a curated exhibition of collectible works that challenge traditional notions of purpose and aesthetics.
A café with a vintage clothing store are set in a former garage, positioned cross to the street thus opening to its entire width, into a “room” that you can access from the street. The car ramp becomes the access and the terrace, a mirror of the interior space.
